Your jewelry will come gently wrapped in layers of fine tissue, then placed in a bag, then placed in bubble wrap for actual shipping.
Yes, if you lose one of your precious earrings, please just send us a picture of the remaining one, and we will create another as a replacement.

If your jewelry breaks, you can return it to us, and we can recreate the piece and will email you with pricing.

Cleaning & Storage
It is best to store your stone jewelry in flat dry space.
With a soft cloth for stone polishing.
Natural stones and metals will tarnish due to time and environmental issues when storing. To remove tarnishing on metals, use a soft cloth or a sterling silver cleaning cloth. Warm soap and water on the stones, but use be gentle.
