All parcels ship USPS First Class with tracking. For any other methods of shipping, please contact us prior to placing your order at customerservice@boundbynature.net. In addition, if you wish to put insurance on your shipping, please contact us at customerservice@boundbynature.net prior to placing your order.

We apologize, but we cannot be responsible for mail system loss and/or damage. We are also not responsible for product shipping to incorrect mailing addresses listed through our website. We will do our very best to assist you with tracking your purchase, but once it leaves our location, it is out of our control.
